Automatic plant for sandblasting and painting bogies

The plant is divided into two areas, paint chassis and engines. The first part provides the handling with a special machine, the cart frame: the operator has only to place the task with the help of a crane on the machine that provides approach control and the automatic loading of the frame on gutter; then with a command from the panel starts the automatic cycle of blasting in the tunnel and the subsequent introduction into the spray booth. In the cabin with the help of paint lift operators shall paint the frame, at the end of the cooking cycle the conveyor moves the frame in position over the exhaust and the machine will automatically take the shot and the position under the crane.
